ArtPhotoWebStudio LLC, doing business as NYPOSTER (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates NYChristmasGifts.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Orders: your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number, the items you buy, and any gift or order notes.
- Accounts: your login details and order history, if you have an account.
- Messages: your name, email address, and anything you include when you contact us by form, email, or phone.
- Business orders: your company name, logo, and greeting, if you order custom cards.
If you enter a gift recipient’s name and address, we use them to fill and ship your order.
Payment information
Payments are handled by our payment providers, including Stripe and Amazon Pay. They process your payment details under their own privacy policies. We receive order and payment confirmation details, but we do not store your full card number on our Site.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, items added to your cart, referring website, and approximate location based on your IP address. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, described in section 3.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Process, ship, and support your orders
- Manage your account and respond to your questions
- Send order and shipping updates
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site
- Understand how visitors find the Site and place orders
- Prevent fraud and spam
- Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We do not send marketing emails.
3. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies for these purposes:

We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

- Service providers: companies that help us with payments, website hosting, security, order management, and order emails
- Shipping carriers: companies that deliver your order, including to a gift recipient
- Legal and safety recipients: government agencies, courts, or others when required by law, or when needed to protect our rights, customers, or the Site
- A business successor: a buyer or successor if our business is sold, merged, or reorganized
We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
5. Links to other websites
The Site links to other websites, including our social media pages. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
6. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fill orders, provide support, maintain your account, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We then delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections on the Site. No website or data storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Receive a copy of it
- Correct it
- Delete it
To make a request, contact us using the details in section 11. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep information that the law requires us to retain. We will not treat you differently for making a request. If we deny a request and your state provides a right to appeal, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
9. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If we make a material change, we will give any additional notice the law requires.
